I am a lover of food and I always will be!
During my journey I struggled with what the right food to eat was and when and how much. There are so many different resources. Because I knew nutrition was vital for my success, I educated myself through books, magazines, recipes blogs and shared ideas amongst friends. As a result, and to support my clients even more, I have chosen to pursue further study in this area and I am currently undertaking university papers in Nutrition, Meal Planning and Food Psychology
